Stress Awareness Month
Every April since 1992 has marked Stress Awareness Month. To support employee stress management and minimisation, we have a dedicated programme specifically for April 2023.
Stress hinders performance and function
In 2021/22 17 million* work days were taken off due to stress, anxiety or depression. With stress affecting us physically, mentally and behaviourally, it can become debilitating for some. Equally, short-term stress left to manifest, can quash productivity and performance too.
Help people minimise stress not live with stress

Workshop for managers and wellbeing leaders
This 2 hour in-person workshop takes place at our wellness space in The O2 on Tues 4th and Tues 18th April 10.30am. The session is designed to be interactive and informative and cover:

Stress Reduction Techniques
Workshop for Employees Tues 25th April, 11am
This 90 minute workshop takes place at our wellness space in The O2. The workshop is a rare practical insight into stress reduction techniques that we all have at our disposable, but few of us know how to use. The workshops will provide practical uses of:
