Burnout

Burnout can be catastrophic for employees with long-term chronic fatigue, sleep, and stress issues. We work with employees to prevent burnout, but also to recover from it.

Be it an unexpected health challenge, debilitating accident, a traumatic event, or unexpected or anticipated grief. We ensure your employees receive more than talking therapies. Grief

One of the most life-changing periods of life, and one all of us will go through. We support body, mind, and soul throughout the grief process.

Trauma

Past trauma, or recent, trauma lives long in the body and mind. This is an often neglected part of wellbeing, and one we are serious about supporting.

Illness

From cancer diagnoses to major surgery, health conditions and the physical affects of them, can have a devastating impact.

Burnout

When burnout reaches peak, it culminates in physical shut down. We specialise in aiding a health-first approach to healing and return to work.

Workshops & Talks

The basis of wellbeing is education and knowledge. We have a series of talks and workshops covering each of our 4 foundations: Mind, Body, Nutrition, and sleep. From  Becoming Your Own Wellbeing Champion to Managing Return to Work for managers, we provide these onsite and remotely.

Courses & Content

To embed habits, people need to consistently repeat healthy behaviours. Through courses and content, we provide ongoing wellness videos, audio mindfulness, and courses including meditation, somatic movement, Tapping, fitness, and stress reduction.

Programmes & Events

Consistent availability of on-site wellness to improve focus, energy, and performance. We build our programming to include events around International Wellness Days including World Mental Health Day, Stress Awareness Week, Menopause Awareness and more. From ice baths to saunas, and movement to mindfulness.

Retreats

Our corporate wellness retreats are a deep dive into physical and mental healing. Held in the UK or Europe, either for 3 days or a week, participants are guided through team and individual sessions with some of the best practioners in the world - with time for rest and recovery.

Client projects


Luxury Office Building Wellness - BNP Paribas Real Estate

We were approached by the team at BNP Paribas Real Estate to embed wellbeing into the very fabric of their prestigious site , 70 St Mary Axe. We fully designed and fitted out an entire wellness floor. The project included a daily timetable of classes, workshops, and talks - from Yoga, to Sound Baths, to candle-making. We are also created video content for tenants with remote workers with daily prompts and challenges.

Annual Wellbeing Programme - BP

We worked with Wellbeing and HR teams at BP to undertake an employee wellbeing audit, using the results to curate an annual programme of in person and remote wellbeing talks, classes, and workshops. This culminated in a leadership offsite at our wellbeing space.

The audit was redone and the results showed reduced absences, improved morale and confidence.
