Thriving Communities
Whether a residential community or workplace estates, wellbeing is vital to a safe, cohesive, and vibrant collective.
Our work with commercial and residential communities
Our longest serving client is Knight Dragon and together we have helped the growing community of Greenwich Peninsula settle, connect, and thrive. We have also worked with a number of Commercial Property Management companies to embed wellbeing within their tenant offering. Bringing people together, helping them connect to their environments, and to thrive at work.
What we do
Thriving communities
To embed wellbeing in the very fabric of the environment, residents and tenants need consistency and programmes designed to connect them to one another, as well as their spaces. We offer:
- Curated Awareness Day programming around national days such as World Mental Heath Day
- Annual and quarterly wellness programmes incorporating indoor and outdoor activities to connect with their surroundings
- Sessions for adults and children include movement, mind, sleep, nutrition and art
- Programming is led by exerts in their fields: yoga, pilates, meditation, breathwork and sound healing.
- Design, fit out, and management of wellness spaces in Residential or commercial tenanted workplaces
Case study
Knight Dragon - Greenwich Peninsula
We were tasked with providing community connection and mental wellbeing support during the pandemic of 2019. With a fully online programme ranging from Morning Mindfulness, to resident cook-alongs on Zoom, to Yoga, HIIT and Pilates sessions each evening. This led to the co-launch of the Thrive Wellness Series:
- For the past 5 years we curate a 2 week spring programme, 6 week summer one, and 9 weeks over Winter
- A 3 month wellbeing transformation was offered to 5 residents in 2025. Results included reversal of hypothyroidism, 5 kilo weight loss, and improved sleep, and reduced stress indicators.
- Place-making and community are the primary focus, but community health is also a key goal
- The Social Value Award was attributed to our work with Knight Dragon in 2021
